Shaylee Bell Celebration of Life

BritCon is honored to host Shaylee Bell's official Celebration of Life at 4 pm Sunday August 4th at our BritCon MiniCon. It will be held at the Auburn Community and Event Center, 910 9th St SE, Auburn, WA 98002. It will be one of the last events of the day (just before closing ceremonies), and people will be able to share stories, see photos, and hug. The Celebration will be free and open for anyone to attend, even if you do not have a paid membership. We do, however, encourage people to come earlier and attend the event.

In addition, we are planning to stream it live via Zoom. This will be a view-only option and will not be set up for Zoom attendees to be able to speak or interact with people at the live event. It is our intent that it will be recorded.

Because we anticipate that there may be a lot of people wanting to share stories, it will be helpful to let us know in advance if you would like to speak- please contact Dawn at dawnshaw@britcon.org so we can try to make time for everyone. However, there are no sign-ups, no obligation, and advance notice is not required. We look forward to sharing memories of Shaylee, who was very special and much loved in the fandom community.
