Featuring Special Guest Annette Badland
Annette Badland is an English actress known for a wide range of roles on TV, radio and film. In British Sci Fi circles, she is known for her role in Doctor Who as recurring villain Blon Fel-Fotch Pasameer-Day Slitheen a.k.a. "Margaret Blaine" in 2005. She also played Ursula Crowe in the children's science fiction/fantasy series Wizards vs. Aliens (2012).
Also in 2005, she had a small role in the Johnny Depp/Tim Burton version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
More recently, and arguably what she is best known for, are her roles as Mae, the bar keep in Ted Lasso (2020-2023), and the coroner Fleur Perkins in more recent episodes of the long-running Midsomer Murders (2018-2023)

BritCon Welcomes Steve Larkin
BritCon is pleased to welcome horror actor, writer and director Steve Larkin to our BritCon MiniCon! Originally from London, Steve is currently living in Portland, Oregon. Feature films he's appeared in have included The Last Slay Ride, Mutant Vampires from the Planet Neptune, Cross Hollow and Conjuring the Beyond. Steve wrote, directed and acted in Quashed, which has won a number of awards at film festivals around the world including Best Actor North America at the Alternative Film Festival and the Critique Award at the Direct Monthly Online Film Festival, as well as Best Dark Comedy at the Oregon Short Film festival.Â
